The next day with Amy, Jerry and Emily was a full day of fun! We went to the new Coca-cola museum, Centennial Park and the CNN center. I thought that the Coca cola museum would be boring for the kids but they actually had a good time and got to take a picture with the Coca-cola bear. Lorelei kept blowing kisses to the bear in line and she could not understand why we could not just jump right to the front. We got Paxton and Lorelei some cute souvenirs there too. The CNN center was another adventure. When we went, we didn't know that Primerica was having a convention there, not a big deal, there are always conventions downtown right? Well for this one, there were over 70,000 people there! So you can imagine what the food court down there looked like. We were super lucky to find seats, but we had to keep telling people, quite ugly at times, not to take our chairs, that in deed our husbands were coming back with food at some time. 30 minutes and a couple of screaming kids later the husbands returned with food. After that we had some nursing and diaper changing adventures in the CNN center food court. Whew! What a time. And that is not even the good part. As we were looking at the shops, we went through one that had a flag in it. Well if you know Paxton, you know that he LOVES flags. So he just had to have it. The problem was that the line was forever long, but we couldn't resist our Pax. So 30 more minutes later, mommy was the hero with the new flag for Paxton. Anyway, here are some pictures of our fun but exhausting day.
Mama, Paxton and Lorelei getting a coke!
"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, let's hit a homerun!!"
The coca-cola princess!
The flag that mama waited forever for, but worth the smile!
